Transcending Together is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in relationship, with another person who witnesses your emotional world; who relates to the parts of you that have struggled and suffered; who is curious about the parts that are unknown. As part of a bigger picture, therapy is ultimately a bridge toward long-term support and community.

About Nisha
Nisha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York. She works from a relational and attachment-focused lens, supporting clients in peeling back the layers of their relationships and identifying the earlier roots of challenging but protective patterns.
Nisha has struggled in her own life with navigating conflict, intergenerational cycles of trauma, and complex family dynamics. She spent much of her 20s navigating her queer identity and making sense of her asexuality and demisexuality. She brings this lived experience to her work.
Nisha works with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and neurodivergent clients, with a special focus on asexual and demisexual identities and ENM and Poly folx.
